what is a good diet/excrisere workout?

Cierra Gadbaw: if you re meeting a client for drinks suggest standing at the bar instead of sitting at a table

Hyman Coren: RUN!!!!!and do plenty of situps.good luck! xx

Linwood Mccory: out at the bar order a water between every drink

Wilmer Skidmore: When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no foodafter 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending onyour initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. Ifyou don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goeycakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But yourdiet is still balanced. It co! sts nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest)....Show more

Sena Highman: avocados can be your secret weight loss partners theyre high in fiber and healthy fats giving you a meaty tasting meat alternative

Sook Hershkowitz: Watch your drink calories

Carlton Lastrapes: all depends what for.If you're doing mostly cardio workout, then 50-75% of your diet should be carbohydrates. The rest should be filled up with veg and fruit and meat. It is vital that you keep all your nutrients coming in otheriwise your body will slowly start to fail. For a mostly muscle workout for upper body and blah blah, you'll need 25% of your diet to be protein. Eggs, bacon, fish, steak. So many. If you feel that you're not getting enough because you don't like the foods! , then buy some protein supplement(just basics, no specialty tibunga) and add to a smoothie or something. (smoothies are AWESOME!!!)Cardio: Jogging is the most basic and one of the most effective ways of losing weight. To better it, add some short sprints in there, and always sprint at the end of each jog.Upperbody: Bicep curlsstanding shoulder pressupright rowsbent over rowsone arm dumbell rolls(each arm)push upssit upsside lateralsshrugsdeadliftspush upsflysbent arm side lateralsbent over side lateralsdumbell front raises(10 of each)Core workout: Crunches and sit ups are the main way, but there are also leg raises, and you get some core work from pushups aswell. But as you can see, i've incorperated some of them into the above workout already....Show more

Raul Tllo: I recently lost 17kg (2.6 stone) through shear determination and hard-work. I signed up to my local gym and spent perhaps 5-10 hours a week over a 12/15 month period either in the swimming pool or in th! e gym. What I found works is to do cardio-work (treadmill, bike, rowing! machine) on Wednesday, Friday for example and do weight training on Monday and Saturday with Tuesday and Thursday left free to recover. I also went swimming before work or during my lunch break for no longer than 30 minutes, I found this helps loosen up my muscles from the previous gym workout session. It's recommended you work out for a period of 45 minutes to 1 hour, anything beyond this can cause damage to muscles or even worse an injury. In addition, its always worth taking with you a bottle of water or a sports drink to keep you energized and hydrated. The diet I followed is one which I came up with (suited my preference in food)...Breakfast--------------------------------Alpen Cereal with Semi-Skimmed MilkFresh Orange JuiceLunch--------------------------------One of the following:1. Ham/Cheese Sandwich2. Soup (not the best - contains a lot of salt I've heard)3. Tuna Sandwich 4. A chicken rice/pasta dishDinner--------------------------------One of the following:1. Spa! ghetti Bolognese2. Chicken with pasta or rice3. Jacket potato/Beans and Haddock fish (high in Omega 3)I cut out the following from my diet:1. Energy drinks, 2. Soft drinks3. Sugar in my tea. 4. full-fat milk5. Used olive oil for cooking as opposed to sunflower or vegetable oil. I also cut down the amount of chocolate and crisps I ate on a daily basis. Its also important to mention that you should eat a small snack between meals e.g. fruit or nuts, this is to keep your metabolism rate up (rate of which your body breaks down food). Oh and drink plenty of water, it hydrates your body and tricks it into thinking you're not hungry. Hope this helps!Mike....Show more
