What styles of bookcase would suit an art deco style room?
answers1: Glass
answers2: Look for something in a Hollywood Regency style. If you
can't find anything affordable in that style, try lacquering an open
bookcase in creamy white or glossy black. That was really the
art-deco style!! <br>

I actually have nightmare of that song. Obama is being sweared in
and then the song get's blasted, and then Obama start dancing and then
the KIA hamsters pop out dancing.

answers5: Well, on an average day, I might wear something like this: <br>
Jeans and a long top and flats, but my hair would be up, so I don't
dress too casual <br>
<br>
Blouse and a skirt, but preferably a plaid one, that is grey or black. <br>
<br>
I hate shorts, and barely wear capris <br>
<br>
I really like wearing a Houndstooth dress that's short with tights and
a pair of grey flats to go with it, or any other type of short dress.
<br>
<br>
I really like trapeze tops and jackets. <br>
<br>
I hate abercrombie, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, and Aereopostale,
I'm not a fan of being one of the "clones". I also wouldn't like
Walmart stuff, unless it's like really last minute. <br>
I prefer more classical things, or sometimes even vintage. <br>
<br>
My style is unique because I don't dress like the average teenager, I
dress in a way that is high fashion and unique. I think I get this
style from Kate Moss, and my cousin (even though she is not a celeb)
who works from Marc Jacobs.
answers6: Style, eh? Yes, I consider my style unique. I do not
endorse fads, am not a copy cat, and no, celebs have no affect on the
presentation of my style.

Romantic: Isabella, Sophia, Noah, Gabriel Vintage: Karen, Janet,
David, Stephen Off-beat: Dawn, Nevaeh, Xavier, Cohen Hippy: Sunshine,

Desiree, Serenity, Angel
answers8: I consider myself to be very open minded and state my
opinion. I am highly unique and successful. My inspiration? <br>
My deceased fathers boss. Aristople Onansis...........!
answers9: I'm older (57) and I was a 'hippie' who usually dressed
'preppy' because I liked that look. These days, I wear only things
with 'elastic' waistbands (skirts or slacks) and pull over tops ... I
have some 'tee shirts' with things on them that I wear to do
housework, but mostly I wear tank tops with 'low cut' long sleeved
tops over them, and when it's cool, I wear either a tie-dyed zipper
sweatshirt or a 'dressy' off white LONG sweat-coat. I wear mostly
black or purple because those are my favorite colors. I ALWAYS wear
'colorful' socks, either argyle or 'patterns' ... I have 6 pairs with
turtles on them, and eleven pairs with Eeyore (the donkey in Winnie
the Pooh) because I collect both of them. I wear black Fluevog shoes
with 'semi-high tops unless it's Easter, then I have a pair of black
ballet flats. For snow I have a pair of 'padded zipper boots' ... I
want a trench coat. I wear a burgundy wool beret with felt flowers
and bead sewn on in cold weather, and a red straw hat with a pink and
purple scarf in hot weather. NO ONE INFLUENCES my 'style' ... but my
husband is a fine artist, and he can 'pick' things out for me that I
LOVE. Yes, it's a 'unique' style ... I'm usually either too hot or
too cold (I have health problems that affect the way I 'feel') but I
am ALWAYS COMFORTABLE and I 'look rich' without wearing really
EXPENSIVE stuff.
answers10: Celebs dont really influance my style much, I dress
slightly conservative for my age but also i have tattoos so i must
look a bit different.

What are some human drawing styles?
answers1: As far as I know, which is a lot and nothing at the same
time. its possible to draw humans in every style. That includes
everything you mentioned and more such as abstract, romantic (the art
style period, not the genre), classical, neo-classical, impressionism,
Digital art is kind of considered a style among some people,
Hyperealisim, Gothic, etc.
answers2: Porn is a good one.
answers3: Realism, Surrealism, Pointillism, Abstract, Pop art, New
School, Old School, portraits, still life, architectural, etc.
answers4: Below is a link to a website that lists the most common
styles with examples. <br>
<br>
Sadly it would be near impossible to list all of the kinds of human
drawing styles as some styles may be used by only a small group, such
as Games Workshop's in-house style, or even a single artist. Kouta
Hirano (the author of the manga Hellsing) used to have a very
distinctive style in which the arm and hand proportions were
abnormally exaggerated, for example.
answers5: Get a photograph or drawing of what you could like to
attract, and duplicate it, and maintain copying what you prefer to
attract and the reminiscence will take over, after which you'll check
out from reminiscence, and maintain training. Good good fortune, wish
to look your paintings someday.

Define Beauty, in your own opinion.?
answers1: For both, my answer is..If a person believes they are
beautiful inside and out, then they are.
answers2: Inner beauty for me is someone who cam make me laugh, who I
instantly feel comfortable with, and who is friendly and who hugs
everyone. <br>
<br>
And outer beauty for me is someone wits nice eyes, tall, not thin, not
fat, with dark hair...
answers3: I think inner beauty is just a load of cliche. When someone
first see's you they look at your outerbeauty and like you from that
point. Whereas inner beauty is important but it won't get you all the
things a outerbeauty person can have.
answers4: beauty is on the outside
answers5: Well someone once mentioned my cruelness as ugliness <br>
and the reality of that was that i did feel ugly. <br>
so when u ask me what is beauty ill tell u it is from the inside. <br>
What someone looks like from the outside isn't that important, cause
when time goes on a person 4gets or rather doesn't care about what u
look like and what is left is ur personality.
answers6: B. fake eyelashes, fake tans, fake nails, cakey makeup. you
know...all that jazz.
answers7: I think beauty is having a good attitude, and a very nice
person who does good things for people and helps people in their time
of need and also has great looks on the outside (: thats beauty to me
answers8: To have true beauty, you must first have confidence.
Insecurity because you think you are not beautiful on the OUTSIDE
leads to no inner beauty. Outward beauty is finding your sense in
style, and rolling with it. Do you want to be known as someone who has
"her own sense of style that's cool" or someone who "follows the
trends?" Who do you want to be beautiful FOR? (friends, guys, etc...)
It's important be confident and then you can try to improve outward
beauty. If you are trying to be beautiful because you want friends,
stop and think about it. If they are your true friends, then they will
love you for who you are, not what you look like. Good luck
beautiful inside and out, then they are.

what is classical beauty? ?
answers1: beauty is usually just perfect symmetry and the absence of flaws
answers2: it's all just science and math; beauty is just symmetry
because of lack of sickness you've likely had a healthy immune system
the whole time giving you symmetry and there have been studies
(switzerland i think) were they've almost proved that it is true that
us humans are attracted to it-less sick more beauty. also one more
thing did you know that from your feet to your belly button it is
1.618 phi and from your bellybutton to your top of your head is 1 phi
and the side from the bottom of your chin to the top of your head is
1.618phi and across your head is 1phi. Phi is found in the ratio
between te width and height of your head. the ratio phi is found in a
lot of Greek architecture such as the temples parthenon and acropolis.
it's obviously written all over george clooney's face.
answers3: A beauty that is timeless, all ages and genders appreciate
it, and everyone can see how flawless it is. <br>
I've only been called it a couple of times, it's the best compliment.
answers4: Yeah, the two are related - it means something that would be
considered beautiful in any time period, unrelated to fads or
popularity.
answers5: classical beauty requires no makeup at all. <br>
your just naturally pretty and dont need anything to make you look better. <br>

answers6: classical beauty means natural beauty [how someone looks
underneath all that makeup] <br>
beauty that is non-slutty
answers7: Classic beauty is beauty that comes naturaly. It is the kind
of beutiful that can be shown with out showing too much skin and
acting "sexy". Its the true reason love happenes.

beauty tips?
answers1: you can find tons of beauty tips here.
answers2: Hi, I'm 17 too and here is my 2 cents :) I wager the motive
why tanned dermis is extra favored within the west is due to the fact
it is infrequent. Rarity, that's infrequent, distinct facets, in most
cases equals cosmetic. In the west, in which each person in most cases
has a paler complexion, tanned bronze dermis is a lot more preferred.
Similarly, in Eastern international locations, mainly in South East
Asian international locations comparable to India, lighter complexion
is much less normal and as a consequence extra preferred. In a crowd,
it makes you stand out. And is not that cosmetic is all approximately,
getting enchantment? I consider it is also approximately short of what
you cannot have. I used to have an consuming disease, and I actually
believed that the thinner you had been, the extra lovely you had been.
I believed this due to the fact I was once obese (in my eyes) and so I
desired to be underweight. When I did shed pounds, I was once much
less taken with wasting weight and extra regarded approximately my
peak. I felt plenty shorter, and extra small. I now desired to be
taller. My factor is, I feel in each society, the ones tendencies
which are much less normal, are extra wanted. However, I wager there
are detailed facets that are common signs of bodily cosmetic. These in
most cases are smooth hair, great immediately white tooth, top
cheekbones and a few different. I wager that is possibly partially the
reply for your query, it might be exciting to listen to what others
say. This would possibly sound very cliched and tacky, nevertheless it
real is cosmetic within the within that counts. I've met many
individuals, guys and females, who're well-watching however their
character or the best way they gift themselves has pushed individuals
clear of them. Peace :)

is much less normal and as a consequence extra preferred. In a crowd,
it makes you stand out.
Peace :)

skinned are more tan. Lady Gaga probably goes tanning, so she looks
darker than her normal skin is. Most Italians and Greeks have olive
skin and tan easily.
answers2: You commonly do not have fair epidermis. Fair dermis mostly
approach a lighter pale watching dermis. Simply say you might have
olive epidermis. People invariably must use suncreen even though they
are darker skinned since the UV rays seem extra damaging than prior to
now. I'd suggest making use of some variety of SPF lotion each time
your open air.....It will prevent untimely wrinkling and aging of your
epidermis. I think numerous beauty corporations elevate a day lotion
(with SPF) comparable to Clinique, Biotherm, La Prairie, and many
others.

what is your makeup collection?
answers1: Too much. I have at least a hundred makeup items but I only
use 5 of them (foundation, concealer, powder, eyeliner, eyeshadow).
answers2: More than I should, Its turned into an obssesion these past
couple months. (Thanks to youtube) <br>
a train case and 3 drawers full <br>
But its mostly all really inexpensive <br>
Pretty much the whole entire E.l.f line, sally girl, nyc and anything
I find on sale at walmart/target.
answers3: I have a lot more than what I need, because my dad feels the
need to buy me a whole makeup kit for every one of my birthdays. XD
You know what I mean. The 500-piece kits from Wal-Mart or Wal-Greens,
that only have five or six usable things in them? <br>
<br>
On the side of what I buy? I usually have this: <br>
1 eyeliner pen (Maybelline Unstoppable, the kind that rolls out) <br>
1 tube of mascara (Maybelline Colossal Volum' Express) <br>
1 four-color pallet of eyeshadow (e.l.f. Brightening Eye Color - I
only use the black) <br>
1 pot of black eyeshadow with a bit of glitter (wet n wild Mega Eyes) <br>
1 compact (Cover Girl Fresh Complexion Pocket Powder) <br>
1 tube of lightly tinted lip butter (Victoria's Secret Pink, the
organic line) <br>
<br>
I use all of those on a daily basis. It seems like a lot when I write
it all out :P But it's definitely not. <br>
I also use nail polish - all colors, all brands. :P <br>
<br>
The lip butter is basically a lightly tinted chap stick, but it's
great for moisture, and for long wear. <br>
And the eyeshadow thing? I have the four-color pallet because it's
nearly impossible to find one container with JUST black eyeshadow in
it, that doesn't have glitter in it. I have the Mega Eyes pot because
I bought it not knowing it was basically black glitter - but then I
learned a way to apply it that only uses a tiny bit of the glitter. I
still have to use a base shadow, though. <br>
<br>
I tend to use up all of my makeups before I buy another one. I buy new
eyeliner maybe once every two months, and I can usually use the Cover
Girl powder for four to five. But with the mascara, I'm scared of
bacteria like an answerer above me mentioned - so I replace it once
every three months.
answers4: I don't have much makeup... <br>
<br>
1 lip gloss <br>
2 eyeliners <br>
1 lipliner <br>
1 lipstick <br>
1 foundation <br>
1 concealer <br>
1 blush
answers5: foundation, <br>
urban decay surreal skin powder <br>
eye shadow primer from urban decay <br>
A LOT of eyeshdow from urban decay, toofaced, &mac mostly <br>
a few tubes of mascara for volume <br>
Loreal HIP cream eyeliner in black only <br>
& lipgloss of course :) <br>
<br>
eyeshadow is what i have most of because you dont really need a lot of
the other stuff, the eyes is what i usually focus on when doing my
makeup and get creative with
answers6: my makeup collection is in progress, its pretty much all i
buy nowadays.. xD completely unhealthy obsession. but right now, im
really into diff foundations and lipsticks.
answers7: I have quite a lot and most of them i dont use, <br>
<br>
But with foundations for example i only have like one and only get
another when it starts to run out, but i have a few eyeshadow palettes
and mineral make up eyeshadow. And am more obsessed with make up
brushes rather than make up it self lol x
answers8: A LOTT. i dont use all of it, but i have alott!! at least
maybe 3 train cases. <br>
<br>
some foundations for when i want light/sheer coverage. some meduim and
some full. <br>
<br>
tons of eyeshadows and lipglosses eyeliners.. <br>
<br>
and i collect mascaras, i have maybe 200 different kindss. <br>
<br>
it maybe be a bit much ahah but i want to be a makeup artist so ya. aha
answers9: I have a decent amount. Some I don't use though. Most if
from Bare Minerals and the rest if varied (paula dorf, mary kay,
mac..etc) could always use more though! lol
answers10: When it comes to makeup, i don't have much. <br>
- 1 eyebrow pencil (shiseido) <br>
- 1 concealer (revlon) <br>
- 1 eyeshadow brush/powder brush (idk even know why i bought it, it's
horrible) <br>
- 2 mascaras (urban decay, lancome) <br>
- 1 lip balm <br>
<br>
i think that's it. but yeah, you're supposed to throw away your makeup
once bacteria starts to infest it, that's why i don't own a lot.
that's why i need to buy some more eyeshadow because i thrown mine
away and i need to buy a face powder and a sephora eyelash curler.
<br>
<br>
i don't wear makeup, but i like having it for special occasions. :D

eyeshadow is what i have most of because you dont really need a lot of
the other stuff, the eyes is what i usually focus on when doing my
makeup and get creative with
answers6: my makeup collection is in progress, its pretty much all i
buy nowadays.. xD completely unhealthy obsession. but right now, im
really into diff foundations and lipsticks.
answers7: I have quite a lot and most of them i dont use, <br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
some foundations for when i want light/sheer coverage. some meduim and
some full. <br>
<br>
tons of eyeshadows and lipglosses eyeliners.. <br>
<br>
and i collect mascaras, i have maybe 200 different kindss. <br>
<br>
it maybe be a bit much ahah but i want to be a makeup artist so ya. aha
answers9: I have a decent amount. Some I don't use though. Most if
from Bare Minerals and the rest if varied (paula dorf, mary kay,
mac..etc) could always use more though! lol
answers10: When it comes to makeup, i don't have much. <br>
- 1 eyebrow pencil (shiseido) <br>
- 1 concealer (revlon) <br>
- 1 eyeshadow brush/powder brush (idk even know why i bought it, it's
horrible) <br>
- 2 mascaras (urban decay, lancome) <br>
- 1 lip balm <br>
<br>
i think that's it. but yeah, you're supposed to throw away your makeup
once bacteria starts to infest it, that's why i don't own a lot.
that's why i need to buy some more eyeshadow because i thrown mine
away and i need to buy a face powder and a sephora eyelash curler.
<br>

How to be pretty without makeup?
answers1: I rarely wear much makeup, if it bugs you not to wear
makeup, than only wear.lipgloss and mascara, and get a fun color of
mascara (not black or brown) Then only wear lipgloss, then downgrade
to chapstick, and tyouve done it. You can look pretty and confident
without makeup.
answers2: RE: the thank you to look especially without makeup? i'm no
longer allowed to placed on makeup. i decide to look especially. I
even have professionally waxed eyebrows and haircut, yet I do only no
longer think of i glance as solid as i ought to. i'm 15, so what am i
able to do to look somewhat nicer without makeup? Oh, I also have a
splash zits, yet i'm utilising a cream to sparkling it up, and it
helps....
answers3: hmm,good skin,big beautiful eyes,tall nose,small lips :D <br>
<br>
thats what u get for being so dependent on makeup :P
answers4: physically: take care of your skin, drink lots of water,
exercise, keep hair looking clean and smooth, and maintain your
eyebrows <br>
<br>
mentally: It won't be a quick fix, and it may take months to gain
confidence, depending on what your attitude is. But <br>
<br>
1. start focusing less on what you look like, because your facial
features don't do anything, they just sit there because you were born
with them on your face and can't do much about it (barring massive
reconstructive surgery.) So get over it, and start focusing more on
what you can DO and what you have to offer outside of your looks. What
are you good at? For example, running, drawing, reading, being a good
friend, patient, funny, etc. <br>
<br>
2. Take a genuine interest in other people. Go beyond superficial
bullcrap and really learn what kind of people your friends are. People
love when you really truly listen to them, and that'll make you a more
beautiful person in their eyes, which will convince you that you're
worthwhile too. <br>
<br>
3. Just forget about how important your looks are (which they're not)
and focus on improving yourself as a person. Eventually, your
confidence will radiate out of your already beautiful face and you'll
be totally cool with walking around without makeup on because you'll
know you don't really need it, because you're already good enough
without it. <br>
<br>
baby steps: reduce your makeup little by little until all you're
wearing on your face is concealer (or foundation, whatever) and lip
balm.
answers5: hi
answers6: Hard to be confident when you think you don't look better
without makeup, but actually anyone and everyone looks better without
makeup. As long as they take care of their skin and health of course,
because your health is reflected on your skin. <br>
<br>
1. Drink more water, the more hydrated you are, the brighter and
healthier your skin (face and body) will look and become. I know
everyone says to drink more water, but there's a reason why Everyone
is saying it. And sadly not many seem to listen. <br>
2. Exercise. Exercising will help increase the blood flow in your
body, and may help give you that natural flush (blush) on your cheeks.
Exercising is a very important part of being healthy. <br>
3. Eat right. You are what you eat, so if you're eating sweets, junk
food, fast food, then that is what you are. Your skin will reflect the
types of things you put in your body, because the better the
ingredients/foods, the better and more vitamins and nutrients you will
be taking in, which means your body will function better, and thus so
will your skin. <br>
4. Let your skin breathe. Go a few days without makeup. Stay indoors
if you feel you have to, in order to accomplish this. You may notice
your skin improve dramatically (as I do with mine, because foundation
seems to make my skin worse really fast) <br>
5. If you really can't go out without makeup, try looking at natural
makeup. Makeup that looks natural yet beautiful and barely covers
anything. It will help you get used to your beautiful bare face, yet
help you conceal areas you're still afraid to show (acne, dark
circles, etc), and accentuate other areas (blush, pink lips, lashes)
<br>
Here's an example of what I mean by natural makeup (it will skip to
the finished makeup) <br>
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xVlkFaA-gN0&feature=player_embedded#at=700"
rel="nofollow"class=Clr-b>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xVlkFaA-g...</a>
<br>
<br>
As your skin improves, put on less and less makeup, until finally you
can go out without any makeup at all! (the natural makeup should not
require much makeup at all. you should not be covering more than
10-20% of your skin)
answers7: You have to learn to be confident. So, until you learn this,
you need to fake it till you make it. You pretend like you're
confident, even though you don't feel it, then one day, down the road,
someone will make a comment on how confident you are. You will have
made it. <br>
<br>
One of the best ways to fake confidence, was a trick taught to me by
an ex who had to walk thru bad neighborhoods to and from school. No
matter where you are, walk like you know where you're going, even if
you don't. You keep your head up, shoulders back, stand up straight,
walk briskly and with a purpose.
answers8: REMEMBER, you have always been pretty. Slowly use less and
less of it. You can go jogging, do yoga or something excersize-y to
keep healthy. Be extra clean and wash your hair and your face. It is
fun to do hair especially. Wear it in a really special style once in a
while. Try to only wear makeup on special occasions, like graduation.
answers9: you should tan and get a nice color or skin tone. make sure
yoou keep your face clean and washed and mosturized. also if you arch
your eyebrows that will help as well. but honestly the only way your
truely going to feel pretty without make up is to beleive that your
pretty with out it thats a mind thing
answers10: You can't look better withlut make up if you aren't
naturally pretty. Accept who you are it dosen't matter wheter you wear
make up or not, what really matter is what you're like on the inside.

Does Combing your hair make your hair flatter?
answers1: no it doesnt
answers2: No. Heat makes the hair flatter. A comb only detangles the hair.
answers3: The more i comb my hair the puffier and frizzer it gets. USe
a blowdryer and blow dry it down while brushing it down! It will be
flat and shiny!
answers4: Wrap your hair and tie up at night I know African American
women do.This mostly but any colour kind of you asked me.. just buy a
hair scarf.. And wen you get up in the morning just brush it out and
you will get a nice look
answers5: the more you comb, and brush your hair everyday, i.guess the
more flat, itll go, and stop being so frizzy
answers6: It depends on how and when you do it. <br>
Here are few tips to make sure that it doesn't get flat. <br>
-> while blow-drying, bend your neck downwards and bring the hair in
front of your face and blow-dry in sections from roots to tips-it will
also give you more volume <br>
-> Use a shower cap while taking a hot steamy bath. <br>
-> Don't tie your hair when its damp or wet <br>
-> Apply serum that suits your hair and doesn't make it oily. <br>
-> Keep changing your partitions. <br>
->Comb in the opposite direction of that your hair gets flat in. <br>
<br>
To make it flat. You kind of do the opposite. <br>
Tie your hair for a while after its dry enough. <br>
Blow-dry your hair from top to bottom using a comb. <br>
<br>
I use this. It really helps with frizzy hair that are not untamed.
They have amazing shampoo and conditioner too(DeFabulous). Though its
a bit expensive it was totally worth it. <br>

What makes your hair naturally curly?
answers1: You answered your own question. Since you were not born with
naturally curly hair then you never have it. If you would like tips to
get curly hair, you can use a curling iron, use hot rollers, get a
perm, blow dry it curly if its short enough, put bobby pins, or the
old days they used rags, which done the right way gives you long
lasting ringlets.
answers2: Nothing necessarily makes your hair stay curly. People who
are born with it, inherit it from their parents. If you want your hair
curlier you can get a perm or do this: <br>
<br>
1)After you are done in the shower and your hair is still wet, twist a
portion of hair til you can't twist anymore. <br>
2)Take the twist you made and put it in a ponytail <br>
3)Repeat until you have made all the twists you want <br>
4)Keep them in your hair til morning <br>
5)Take the twists out <br>
6)Use hairspray and you have wonderful curls <br>

of their hair are flat like fettuccine and ppl with super straight
hair the strands of their hair are round like spaghetti
answers4: its in the geans. <br>
if you want curly of wavy hair just get layers
answers5: simple its all in your genes <br>
its like asking why are someone people are mexican and others asian <br>
its carried from your family your families family and so on
answers6: genes.. usually you have the same type of hair as your
mother at least when you get older or a grandma
answers7: its runs in the family by passing genes. if you have curly
hair and you get it cut short then it'll be really curly. if you have
your hair longer the weight of your hair straigtens the curly to more
of a wave.
answers8: Hair is made of protein (just like pretty much everything else in <br>
your body). Now in these proteins are sulfur atoms (called sulfides).
When two sulfur atoms come together, they form what's called a
disulfide bond. If two sulfur atoms are far apart in the same
protein, and they come together to form that bond, the protein is
going to bend accordingly. The more disulfide bonds, the curlier the
hair.

Hair Transplants- Replacing thin hairs?
answers1: Hair transplantation today is quite advanced. And exactly
what you have suggested is highly used. That is, the taking of hair
already on your head and moving some of it to another location. This
is a very accepted form of hair transplantation. Though female, I have
thinning hair and kind of dug around getting info on this for myself!
I have "male pattern baldness" as it is called and found out about the
technique of using your own hair to make areas on your head flourish
more with hair. Good luck. ps you can get free consultations at hair
places that do work in this area.
answers2: Hmm, It can be done, I'm sure. <br>
Heres a suggestion. <br>
When I lost a lot of hair postbaby, I tried this oil for hairgrowth. I
was only looking for stronger hair and hopefully cut out hair loss-but
this one actually got new hairs coming up in the receding lines- ok
maybe its because the loss wasnt that long ago? But it sure helped,
this was about 3 weeks using it- <br>
<br>
Maybe worth lookng into before replacemnt- an oil used by geisha etc

more with hair. Good luck. ps you can get free consultations at hair
places that do work in this area.
answers2: Hmm, It can be done, I'm sure.
<br>
Maybe worth lookng into before replacemnt- an oil used by geisha etc

PS3 Accessories to delete off this list?
answers1: Keypad.
answers2: wireless keypad
answers3: I would delete either the headset or the keypad, the former
because you never really get the opportunity to chat on your PS3 and
in games such as Call of Duty you need to continuously press a button
to chat. The keypad because to me it doesn't really seem to be a
necessity. However, if you think you'll browse the web a lot, then I
would buy the keypad. The other accessories are essential to me, the
HDMI cable changed my graphics and made them amazing (only if you have
an HD-ready TV though) and the controller was never the same without
the vibrations. <br>
<br>
Hope I helped, Jules
answers4: Don't buy the wireless keypad as you don't need it and it is
a waste of money. <br>
<br>
Only buy a HDMI cable if you have a HD TV. <br>
<br>
Otherwise buy a bluetooth headset and dualshock 3 controller as they
are essentials for the PS3

The importance of accessories?
answers1: well good for you !!:) i would get more accecories in case
you lose more weight! they would still fit right
answers2: First off, defining your style does take a bit of thought.
Usually you'll want your wardrobe to consist of a mix of great
accessories and clothing. So maybe you shouldn't concentrate just on
tops or just on accessories, but maybe find a balance between them.
Just look for what you like and what you can see yourself wearing.

fashion designer without college?
answers1: Yes! You simply must get your identify round on the town!
Show folks your designs, name retailers who're in style and catch up
with them to exhibit them your recommendations, and advertise your
recommendations! Don't be afraid to exhibit your skillability! Good
good fortune! Hope to look your artwork on television! :)
answers2: It's really hard to network with buyers and stuff without
going to a fashion college. Maybe you can go to a little boutique
where you live and talk to the owner and maybe work out a business
deal. But this probably won't work if you live in a small town.

What is springs color?!? For fashion?!?
answers1: pink blues hot neon bright colors
answers2: What exactly are you asking??? If you are looking for
'spring colors' (not springS color) it's the shades of colours that
you see in nature when spring rolls around. <br>
<br>
In other words::: grass is a brighter green; leaves on trees and
bushes are brighter; bark on trees and bushes is a different shade
than during winter. Spring colours have a 'warm' tone. Fall colours
have a 'warm' tone too. Winter colours are more vibrant (black-black;
bright white like snow); Summer colours are similar to winter
colours, but they are a bit more faded (because the sun bleaches out
the spring colours in nature). <br>
<br>
When Max Factor invented makeup for actors, he developed a concept for
the types of skin tones that people need. Those tones mirror the
tones in nature. The fashion industry followed right along with that,
and produced clothing that would match or complement those tones. <br>
<br>
But in reality, nature is the basis for all these things. Just check
out our local clothing store just now and you'll find the new clothing
has fresh, spring colours. Check out the summer clothing in another
month or two, and you'll see different shades of the spring shades.
Ditto for Fall and Winter. <br>
Hope that answers your question.

Is it bad to get teacher recommendations for college only from humanities teachers?
answers1: I would say it depends on what you are going in for. If you
want a degree in World History, I think these recommendations would
work perfectly. The fact that they are both Advanced Placement
teachers speaks in your favor. However, it you want a degree in
biology, you may want to get a different rec from other teachers. In
addition to the Humanities teachers'. As many as possible is the best
way to go!

What does the tide of humanities attitude personally remind you of as an individual?
answers1: I see our humanities attitude, collectively speaking, as
that of a child. At first the child believes that the world revolves
around them. It soon discovers it's surroundings and explores. It
begins to find itself, differentiate differences, and perhaps seek an
identity. It then enters adolescence and releases it's inner conflict
and becomes lost. What's happening now? A continuous and very
laboured, self absorbed adolescence....

Why is humanities considered one of the four branches of knowledge and how is it important?
answers1: because they impact our thinking ability and show we don't
have to succumb to our instincts
answers2: The four branches of knowledge: <br>
<br>
1. physical sciences <br>
<br>
2. medicine <br>
<br>
3. Social sciences (humanities) <br>
<br>
4. engineering <br>
<br>
The humanities are academic disciplines which study the human
condition, using methods that are primarily analytic, critical, or
speculative, as distinguished from the mainly empirical approaches of
the natural and social sciences. <br>
<br>
Examples of the disciplines of the humanities are ancient and modern
languages, literature, law, history, philosophy, religion, and visual
and performing arts (including music). Additional subjects sometimes
included in the humanities are technology, anthropology, area studies,
communication studies, cultural studies, and linguistics, although
these are often regarded as social sciences. Scholars working in the
humanities are sometimes described as "humanists". However, that term
also describes the philosophical position of humanism, which some
"antihumanist" scholars in the humanities reject. <br>
<br>
Many American colleges and universities believe in the notion of a
broad "liberal arts education", which requires all college students to
study the humanities in addition to their specific area of study. The
University of Chicago and Columbia University were among the first
schools to require an extensive core curriculum in philosophy,
literature, and the arts for all students. Other colleges with
nationally recognized, required two year programs in the liberal arts
are St. John's College, Saint Anselm College and Providence College.
Prominent proponents of liberal arts in the United States have
included Mortimer J. Adler[15] and E. D. Hirsch, Jr.. <br>
<br>
The 1980 United States Rockefeller Commission on the Humanities
described the humanities in its report, The Humanities in American
Life: <br>
<br>
Through the humanities we reflect on the fundamental question: What
does it mean to be human? The humanities offer clues but never a
complete answer. They reveal how people have tried to make moral,
spiritual, and intellectual sense of a world in which irrationality,
despair, loneliness, and death are as conspicuous as birth,
friendship, hope, and reason. <br>
<br>
"Increasing numbers of critics view education in the liberal arts as
irrelevant" [16] or "learning more and more about less and less" [17]
which no longer prepares the students for the American job market in
the face of increased competition due to more graduates .[18] After
World War II, many millions of veterans took advantage of the GI Bill.
Further expansion of federal education grants and loans have expanded
the number of adults in the United States that have attended a
college.[18] In 2003, roughly 53% of the population had some college
education with 27.2% having graduated with a Bachelor's degree or
higher, including 8% who graduated with a graduate degree.[19] The
counter view is that "A familiarity with the body of knowledge and
methods of inquiry and discovery of the arts and sciences and a
capacity to integrate knowledge across experience and discipline may
have far more lasting value in such a changing world than specialized
techniques and training, which can quickly become outmoded." <br>

answers3: understanding basic needs for survival are they running
astray from basic needs like water and air and land
answers4: It has been devised by elders like this I think. As it deals
with our day-day-life, it is considered important. Because most of us
do not know how to utilize our body, mind, time, energy, knowledge,
resources, money, etc. in a properly way. So it is important to know.
answers5: Humanities are the histories of civilization, its highest
art and its deepest depths. Sir Issac Newton said; "If I have seen
farther than others, it is because I have stood on the shoulders of
giants." A child raised in a vacuum would have no true sense of self
because much of what we are is determined by our relations with
others, 'Those who do not learn from the past are doomed to repeat
it.' Our culture gets its sense of self from many places, but if we
exorcise previous cultures from our flow of life we become flat stale
and one dimensional. Those who lift our civilization must have
sources for ideas and ideas are tools. We are not robots to program
but are learning and experiencing beings whose experience is always
made richer by understanding our own, other and previous cultures. So
many of the greats of history have had that broad education. If one
teaches for functionality alone the culture starts to die
have to succumb to our instincts

condition, using methods that are primarily analytic, critical, or
speculative, as distinguished from the mainly empirical approaches of
the natural and social sciences. <br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
The 1980 United States Rockefeller Commission on the Humanities
described the humanities in its report, The Humanities in American
Life: <br>
<br>
<br>
<br>

What makes Crafts a fine art?
answers1: a piece of craft is useful and well made, including the
design. A piece of fine art tries to communicate a concept, an idea.
<br>
<br>
So a if a piece of craft also communicates a concept/idea it is fine
art as well. <br>
<br>
(I don't really know whether that is my definition only, or generally
accepted, I would think there is some argument). I do think the
separation between art and craft can be arbitrary and at times was
seen that "usefulness" was the definiing characteristic. I don't think
that idea is as general any more.

I need help with lachsa pz!! Dno wut 2 do?
answers1: First, congratulations on trying out for admission to the
Los Angeles County High School for the Arts (Lachsa)! It's wonderful
to know which career route you'd like to pursue at such an early age.
<br>
<br>
To prepare for the interview, you'd need to learn as much as you can
about the school and what it has to offer. It's definitely not good
when ask "What do you know about Lachsa?" and the reply is "Not
much!". You'll also need to be prepared to answer questions such as
"Why do you choose Lachsa?" or "Why do you choose visual arts as a
field to pursue?". <br>
<br>
Take time and give thoughts when writing "your 150 word minimum
personal statement" required to accompany your application for
admission. Whatever you put down in the statement you must be prepared
to explain and expand when asked for more details. You can be sure the
interviewer will have questions about that statement such as "You
wrote that you so and so in your personal statement....Would you care
to tell me more about it?". It's bad to reply "I wrote that? I don't
remember..." <br>
<br>

what kind of art would you call this?
answers1: No it's not really visual art....visual art refers to pieces
of art you can look at, so drawings, paintings, sculptures....what
your friend is talking about is more specific. I don't think there is
an exact term for it, but she means she can't draw without a
reference. I use to be the exact same way but with practice, she'll
learn to draw without references. But references are very good and no
matter how good at drawing you are, it's always good to have them -
especially for realism.

answers5: On February 6th, 1765 George Grenville rose in Parliament to
offer the fifty-five resolutions of his Stamp Bill. A motion was
offered to first read petitions from the Virginia colony and others
was denied. The bill was passed on February 17, approved by the Lords
on March 8th, and two weeks later ordered in effect by the King. The
Stamp Act was Parliament's first serious attempt to assert
governmental authority over the colonies. Great Britain was faced with
a massive national debt following the Seven Years War. That debt had
grown from £72,289,673 in 1755 to £129,586,789 in 1764*. English
citizens in Britain were taxed at a rate that created a serious threat
of revolt. <br>
<a href="http://www.ushistory.org/declaration/related/stampact.htm"

<br>
<br>
The Tea Act, passed by Parliament on May 10, 1773, would launch the
final spark to the revolutionary movement in Boston. The act was not
intended to raise revenue in the American colonies, and in fact
imposed no new taxes. It was designed to prop up the East India
Company which was floundering financially and burdened with eighteen
million pounds of unsold tea. This tea was to be shipped directly to
the colonies, and sold at a bargain price. The Townshend Duties were
still in place, however, and the radical leaders in America found
reason to believe that this act was a maneuver to buy popular support
for the taxes already in force. The direct sale of tea, via British

the colonists would not allow them to unload. Cargoes of tea filled
the harbor, and the British ship's crews were stalled in Boston
looking for work and often finding trouble. This situation led to the

On April 5, 1764, Parliament passed a modified version of the Sugar
and Molasses Act (1733), which was about to expire. Under the Molasses
Act colonial merchants had been required to pay a tax of six pence per
gallon on the importation of foreign molasses. But because of
corruption, they mostly evaded the taxes and undercut the intention of
the tax — that the English product would be cheaper than that from the
French West Indies. This hurt the British West Indies market in
molasses and sugar and the market for rum, which the colonies had been
producing in quantity with the cheaper French molasses. The First Lord
of the Treasury, and Chancellor of the Exchequer Lord Grenville was
trying to bring the colonies in line with regard to payment of taxes.
He had beefed up the Navy presence and instructed them to become more
active in customs enforcement. Parliament decided it would be wise to
make a few adjustments to the trade regulations. The Sugar Act reduced
the rate of tax on molasses from six pence to three pence per gallon,
while Grenville took measures that the duty be strictly enforced. The
act also listed more foreign goods to be taxed including sugar,
certain wines, coffee, pimiento, cambric and printed calico, and
further, regulated the export of lumber and iron. The enforced tax on
molasses caused the almost immediate decline in the rum industry in
the colonies. The combined effect of the new duties was to sharply
reduce the trade with Madeira, the Azores, the Canary Islands, and the
French West Indies (Guadelupe, Martinique and Santo Domingo (now
Haiti)), all important destination ports for lumber, flour, cheese,
and assorted farm products. The situation disrupted the colonial
economy by reducing the markets to which the colonies could sell, and
the amount of currency available to them for the purchase of British
manufactured goods. This act, and the Currency Act, set the stage for
the revolt at the imposition of the Stamp Act. <br>

American colonists that helped to spark the American Revolution. <br>

answers5: On February 6th, 1765 George Grenville rose in Parliament to
offer the fifty-five resolutions of his Stamp Bill.
English
citizens in Britain were taxed at a rate that created a serious threat
of revolt. <br>

The direct sale of tea, via British
agents, would also have undercut the business of local merchants. <br>

Why doesn't spell check know how to spell Theatre?
answers1: "Theatre" and "theater" mean the same thing and in England
people use "theatre" as well, whether it's the artform, place or
building. "Theater" is the American spelling. <br>
<br>
You can change the language defaults in MS Word to spell it the way you like.
answers2: I didn't know that !! I spell it theatre!! It doesn't even
look right to me !! Maybe it's a french interpretation that we use!!
Like the word colour spell check spells it color !! They also may do
this because over the years we have been taught to spell it the way it
sounds so it is easier !!
answers3: You are actually incorrect. <br>
Cinema is the British Term for Movies. <br>
Theater is the American spelling for the building a play takes place
in as well as the art form. <br>
Theatre is the British spelling for excatly the same thing. <br>
Both are correct.
answers4: According to my dictionary theater is the US spelling. In
Canada I'm used to theatre. And I believe it's cinema and yes it is
chiefly British.
answers5: Webster's New World lists both spellings. I favor 'theatre'
only because it resonates with the longer 'theatrical'. (As opposed to
'theaterical', which is not only clumsy but a non-word - like
'cinama', rather than 'cinema').
answers6: Theater is the physical building. Theatre is the artform.
answers7: "Theatre" and "theater" technically mean exactly the same
thing. US derivations of English words often change spellings over
time because we speak differently. Other examples in this category
include centre/center, fibre/fiber, spectre/specter, litre/liter, etc.
However, the theatre subculture in the US has sort of assigned meaning
to the two spellings, calling "theatre" the action of the performance
and production and "theater" the physical building in which the
production is performed. Hope this is helpful! :)
answers8: hahaha that's pretty funny. LMAO <br>

answers9: To me Theatre is where you go to see live on stage - theater
is the american way of saying cinema but i think it can also mean the
stage. I'm not really sure but i always spell it theatre and cinema
(i'm english).
answers10: According to the Oxford English Dictionary, they are the
same word, just alternate spellings, meaning the physical place.

Why was "The Road" only showed at 111 theatres on opening weekend?
answers1: Theaters choose which films to carry. This film was not
popular among theater owners.
answers2: Well, I saw somewhere that it received mixed reviews. Maybe
that's why... Sorry if I wasn't any help.

Medieval and ancient theater?
answers1: i replaced into in actuality examining touching directly to
the classic Aztecs. they have been in all danger the main significant
psychopathic race of human beings ever. that's confusing to experience
sorry for them on a similar time as they have been conquered by the
Spaniards. They placed them out of their misery.
answers2: I think by ancient theater you must mean the Greek theaters
that were carved into the sides of mountains like ampitheaters.
Medieval theater could have been traveling actors who used their
wagons for the stage and travered from town to town.
answers3: When you mention 'ancient' do you mean Greece and Rome (B.C.)? <br>
If so, the theatre/plays in ancient Greece and Rome were based on
myths and old stories which included the gods. They told the stories
the ancient and Greeks and Romans knew- but threw in twists and turns.
Tragedies were popular- I recall the plays of Oedipus (Oedipus Rex,
Oedipus at Colonus and Antigone). <br>
<br>
The medieval plays were usually morality plays- teaching lessons based
on the Bible. They were for audiences who were for the most part,
illiterate. These stories/plays were based on familiar themes as
well. I can't recall any names of the plays offhand. <br>
<br>
I hope my answer helps.

Two questions about poetry.com ?
answers1: I have entered several poems on poetry.com and can vouch for
its safety. However, they will attempt to convince you to buy a
variety of different expensive items, from a book including your poem
to membership in a poets society. They attempt to play on your ego in
order to make money.
answers2: iam not sure about the stealing part but they send tons of
junk mail and things like books,or plagues with your poem on it they
want you to buy....
answers3: It is safe to enter your poetry on poetry.com. When you
register you have to provide them your personal information & for sure
you will get lots of junk mail. You either have to let some one give
feedback or you have to publish some where else. Your poetry is copy
righted so no one can steal.
answers4: challenging aspect. check out over the search engines. just
that could actually help!
answers5: hard point. look into with google or bing. just that might help!
answers6: I was wondering about your second question too.. <br>
You'd have to be pretty sad to steal someone's poem, someone's
personal feelings and emotions.. <br>
As for the rest, sorry I don't know.. <br>
Actually, I've not really answered anything here, sorry :P <br>
x
answers7: There is some awful rubbish on Poetry.com, but they would
not accept some of mine, which is infuriating. However if you don't
mind junk emails why not. <br>
<br>
You could always write poems for third grade kids homework like I
sometimes do. Perhaps you could try and help them, I just like to
take the rise, check some of my Answers! <br>
<br>
Why not put your poems on here and ask people to critique them, they
might be cruel but at least they can't throw shoes at you.

Is rapping any different than poetry?
answers1: yeah there is a big diffrence. No beat, much diffren
rhyming patterns(it doesnt need to rhyme where rap does). Poetry is
much more complexed. But rappers like Canibus are on the same level
as poets. Poems are extremely deep, and so is rap. <br>
<br>
Just Remeber Rap is "Poetry of the streets"
answers2: there is really no difference between poetry and any kind of
music besides the beat and rap is sung most of the time. they can both
be about anything and they are both read in a rhythm.
answers3: Poetry usually takes talent.
answers4: What do you mean by "accent"? Rap originated from so many
different music genres and lifestyles that is impossible to accurately
list them all. It's kind of like asking were did Rock come from, or
Jazz, or Classical.....I think you understand where I'm going.
SIDEBAR: I think Rap INCORPORATES poetry, but i don't think Rap IS
poetry.
answers5: rap is basically just poetry with a beat to it
answers6: Poetry is rather delightful and rap is a way to express
anger and emotions. Poetry is written in rhymes while some rap songs
don't have any rhyming in it at all. Usually those songs suck, but
it's done by people on the radio today with no talent. Rap songs also
have a beat to it, which poetry doesn't.
answers7: Technically, they're similar. Rapping seems like just
rhymically reading poetry with a background beat. You could share
advice.
answers8: they're the same, rapping is just a way of expressing the poetry
answers9: rap has a beat in the background and is sometimes full of
more crude words, but other than that, they are pretty much the same.
Full of emotion. Rhyming. And telling a story.
answers10: the art of rapping and the art of poetry are the same but
different styles you have poetry styles like haiku i think it is
spelled right and you have rap which is poetry in motion you
definitely can work together that depends on creativity and being open
minded to the different artistic styles some poetry don't rhyme at all
so it can be a beautiful thing i say do it!

Is personal poetry bad in your opinion?
answers1: ???!!! of course it´s not bad!! <br>
I find the personal poems much better , than let´s say some rich girl
writing about poverty in africa. <br>
imagine paris hilton writing about some kind of topic like that?? <br>
You know nothing better than yourself, so writing about yurself is
probably one of the easiest things to do. but also one of the hardest
<br>
<br>
<br>
or what do you mean exactly? I dont think personal poetry is bad at
all. you have to be able to express yourself. let emotions out , u
know? you can only do that with your feelings. and for some people ,
words are the only way they can truely express themselves
answers2: It depends on how it is written. You can write a poem about
something in your life and make it not sound like it's about your
life.
answers3: It depends on how personal it is. A person's poetry
shouldn't be too personal.
answers4: It all depends. A great deal of the time personal poetry
does seem pretentious or egotistic, espeically if the author thinks
they're "something else." But at the same time, not all poetry can be
objective, some must be subjective. Every time we write, a little bit
of our soul goes into the making of our poetry. So, basically, all
poems are personal poems, just in a different light. I cannot agree on
one side or the other, because some personal poems drive me insane and
make me want to scream, and others make me want to stop writing
because of the beautiful talent laced within. I'm straddling the
fence, as it were. <br>

Pugilist - Loving the word "insipid"
answers5: You have to decide--subjectively--if your poem is a poem or
a bowel movement. Bowel movements are great, needed, satisfying, etc,
but nobody wants to look at them. Poems are flowers, rainbows and
starry skies; dances with death, paintings of hearts. Poems are to be
shared, bowel movements flushed away.
answers6: I cede this one to Pugilist. There is only one criterion for
any art. Is it good or not?
answers7: Personal poetry is not, in itself, bad, but personal poetry
trends badly. <br>
<br>
This is because people get so stuck on how it feels to them it is more
therapy than poetry, which is fine until they present it as poetry and
then get upset when it is held to the same standards. <br>
<br>
Look at the art of Fredia. It's intensely personal but is still great
art. You can present personal pain, strife, happiness, etc and still
adhere to good poetical forms. You just have to be willing to
actually work at it, which is a step most personal poetry refuses to
consider. <br>
<br>
And that's what makes it insipid and horrid.
